Welcome to NJMT3 meeting room booking platform. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

"Platform" refers to the NJMT3 website and application. "User" is any person who uses the platform for booking or browsing. "Venue Owner" is the owner or manager of a venue listed on the platform. "Booking" is the process of reserving a meeting room through the platform. "Service" includes all services provided through the platform.

Users must: Provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Use booked rooms responsibly and appropriately. Comply with the rules and regulations of the booked venue. Pay all applicable fees on time. Not use the platform for any unlawful purposes.

Bookings are confirmed after successful payment. All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT (15%). Payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways. The platform reserves the right to adjust prices with prior notice. Electronic invoices are automatically issued after each payment.

Cancellation 24+ hours before booking: Full refund. Cancellation 12-24 hours before: 50% refund. Cancellation within 12 hours: No refund. No-show without prior cancellation: No refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Venue owners must: Provide accurate information about rooms, amenities, and pricing. Provide rooms in the advertised condition and at the scheduled time. Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities. Respond to bookings and inquiries in a timely manner. Comply with all local regulations and laws.

The platform acts as an intermediary between users and venue owners and is not directly responsible for the quality of service provided at the venue. We strive to ensure the accuracy of displayed information but do not guarantee it is error-free. Platform liability is limited to the value of the disputed booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All content, designs, and trademarks on the platform are owned by NJMT3. Copying or republishing any content without prior written permission is prohibited. Users grant the platform a license to use content they submit (such as reviews and photos).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts. We seek to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to litigation.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
